E25 - Reinventing Yourself with Logan Freeman
Logan Freeman is a real estate investor, developer and agent who found his niche as an investment property specialist and representing buyers in the transactions process. He has also completed multiple joint venture projects and equity partnerships. Completing over 120 transactions in less than a year, Logan relies on his most valuable priorities to guide his profit-producing activities. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, he is also a husband and father.
In this episode, Tyler and Logan’s discussion focused on the two biggest turning points in Logan’s life: getting cut from the NFL and the passing of his father. After being cut from the Oakland Raiders, Logan was faced with the choice of chasing an unrealistic dream or reinventing himself to figure out his true purpose. He also shared how the passing of his father resulted in his commitment to make every moment matter.
Other topics included Logan starting a Roth IRA at the age of 15, his role model, strength finders tests, saying “no” to transactions under a certain volume, the journal system, hiring coaches, listening and more. Logan is a very driven individual who came “energized, thriving and focused” in this episode!
