Stewart Scovil has worked in real estate for over 18 years. He's the co-founder of Only Epic Holdings, a commercial real estate investment and development company. Prior to that, Stewart was the owner and president of Scovil Real Estate, which focused on construction development and asset management. He's managed and developed multiple commercial and multifamily self storage assets with a value in excess of $250 million. He's also a real estate broker in Kentucky and Indiana.
