E9 - Contemplative Leadership Principles with Fred Sutterlin
Fred Sutterlin is officially live on Elevate! Fred Sutterlin is the Founder, CEO & Chairman of Pinnacle Realty Group, LLC and PRG Commercial Property Advisors (collectively, “PRG”), overseeing all aspects the company’s strategic planning, growth, investment advisory and brokerage activities. He began his real estate career as an attorney practicing with a large regional law firm representing clients in a variety of business, real estate and corporate matters. Prior to forming PRG, he served as General Counsel and Director of Commercial Real Estate Services with Williamson Commercial Group, Inc. Fred holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, a J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law and an MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School. As the managing principal of PRG, Fred has successfully represented clients and investors in the acquisition and disposition of multi-million dollar investment and commercial real estate assets. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, a member of the National and Kentucky Association of Realtors, a founding principal in Pinnacle Capital Partners, and a founding member of Angel Capital Group - Charleston. Fred was also selected as one of Business First Louisville’s Forty under 40 in 2006, and served on Governor Steven L. Beshear’s transition team in 2007. Fred is a recent graduate of Leadership Charleston 2015. Fred previously served two terms on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Louisville Chapter, and the Kentucky Sports Authority Board of Directors. Fred served as a Director of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: FFKT), and now serves on the Wesbanco Bank Inc. Advisory Board, Central and Southern KY Markets.
