Andrew Holden is a CCIM and the Market President of Park National Bank. He’s previously held positions at Commonwealth Bank and Trust Company, Old National Bank and Fifth Third Bank, and has served as the CCIM Chapter President for the Kentucky Chapter and the Chair of the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Conference. He’s also a professional speaker.

The theme of Tyler and Andrew’s discussion was the idea that we can't impact what happens to us, but we can impact how we respond. Andrew shared his practice of starting each day from a point of gratitude, so you can approach life optimistically. He also shared three other major keys to his success, including being organized, setting detailed goals and being a lifelong learner.

Other topics included getting into commercial real estate without a business background, prioritizing sleep, exit strategy, celebrating success, mentors, focusing on books and much more. Andrew is the self-proclaimed poster boy of, “You can accomplish anything you set your mind to,” and he provides a wealth of knowledge for Elevate Nation!
